- Acceptance of Terms
- By using our dog daycare services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
- Registration
- All dogs must undergo a registration process before using our daycare services.
- Owners must provide up-to-date vaccination records, including DHP Distemper Hepatitis Parvovirus – done annually. Leptospirosis – given annually. Kennel/Canine Cough – given annually. The vaccine for Canine Cough will take 7 days to be effective, but can be reduced to 3 – 5 days if given by nose or mouth.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog based on temperament, health, or other concerns.
- Health and Safety
- We accept your animal on the basis that it is in good health and condition, and you have disclosed to us everything we should know about your pet on booking, and on arrival.
- Dogs must be in good health to attend our daycare. If a dog shows signs of illness, we may isolate them and contact the owner. We reserve the right to treat your dog for fleas or worms should we find your dog infested, this will be at the owner’s expense.
- Dogs with contagious illnesses will not be allowed into the facility until they are fully recovered.
- We will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all dogs, but accidents can happen. Owners assume all risks.
- Behaviour
- We reserve the right to decline our services and cancel any booking as of immediate effect, should we determined that any pet’s behaviour could put our staff or the pet at risk of injury to themselves or others. Aggressive behaviour of any nature will not be tolerated.
- Dogs with a history of aggression must be disclosed during the registration process. Failure to do so may result in your booking being terminated mid-stay with the dog boarded off site at your expense.
- All care is taken with your dog, but we accept no responsibility for illness, injury, damage or death for any reason. If any guest requires veterinary care – all relative costs will be met by the dog owner.
- Excessive barkers will not be accepted.
- Drop off / Pick up
- Opening Hours: 7:30am – 5.30pm. Drop off and pick up will not be permitted outside of these hours unless arranged prior with an additional cost of $10.
- We are closed for pick-ups and drop-offs on Christmas and New Years Days. Inspections are welcomed by appointment only.
- Dogs are to only be collected or dropped off during our open hours and must arrive with a collar and lead on to ensure the safety of all dogs during our drop off and pick up times.
- We will make suitable arrangements for any dog left in our care 14 days after the due collecting date.
- Payment and Cancellation
- All charges are based on a per day rate and are to be paid at time of drop off or prior to drop off. NO REFUNDS will be given if you choose to pick your pet up earlier than scheduled.
- During peak season, 4 days notice is required for any change/cancellation to a booking, otherwise full booking charges apply (Christmas and New Year we need to be notified by 10th December for any changes).
- Payment is required in full when collecting your Pet. Deposits will be required to secure bookings in peak times, deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- Personal Belongings
- Owners are responsible for providing any necessary food, medication, or special items for their dogs.
- Canine Countryside is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
- Photography and Social Media
- We may take photographs or videos of dogs during their stay for promotional purposes.
- Owners who do not want their dog’s images used for promotional purposes must inform us before drop off.
- Changes to Terms
- Canine Countryside reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon being updated on our website.
- Contact Information
- Management requires an emergency contact if you are unavailable by phone. This contact must know your full wishes if your Pet was to need any veterinary attention and be able to pick up your pet if required.
